This 8x10” oil on canvas was from a plein air study at Briner Beach as a storm passed over Mooloolaba.  A solitary sail boat  glides through the ocean framed by the dramatic storm above and the waves upon the rocks in the foreground. The tranquility of the sailboat on the ocean, reminds us that even during a storm there are peaceful moments.
