Along the walking track at Coolum, there is beautiful Wilkinson Park Lookout  — a spot where the whole coast reveals itself at once. The Pacific, vast and glittering. The headland falling away in folds of lush green bushland. The sky enormous. This painting was made in that moment, brush in hand, the breeze gently cooling me off the ocean.
